Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between shift-k (hereinafter "Company") and users in relation to the use of services provided through the website (hereinafter "Site") operated by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Site" refers to the internet website operated by the Company.
2. "User" refers to members and non-members who use the services provided by the Site in accordance with these Terms.
3. "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member of the Site and can continuously use the services provided by the Site.
4. "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the services provided by the Site without registering as a member.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms take effect by being posted on the Site or by notifying users through other means.
2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate applicable laws, and shall notify users of the amendment along with the effective date and reasons at least 7 days prior to the effective date.
3. Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue use of the service and request withdrawal of membership.

Article 4 (Provision of Services)

The Company provides the following services:

1. Company introduction and product/service information
2. Customer consultation and information exchange through bulletin boards (1:1 inquiries, general boards, etc.)
3. Other services determined by the Company

Article 5 (Membership Registration)

1. Users apply for membership by filling in member information according to the registration form set by the Company and expressing their consent to these Terms. Information collected at sign-up: Required = ID, Password, Email, Name, Mobile, Optional = Address. Details follow the Privacy Policy.
2. The Company registers applicants as members unless they fall under any of the following:
   • The applicant has previously lost membership qualification under these Terms
   • The registration contains false, missing, or erroneous information
   • Registration would significantly impair the operation of the Site

Article 6 (Withdrawal and Disqualification of Members)

1. Members may request withdrawal at any time, and the Company shall process the withdrawal immediately.
2. The Company may restrict or suspend membership if a member falls under any of the following:
   • Registering false information at the time of application
   • Interfering with other users' use of the Site or misappropriating their information
   • Engaging in acts prohibited by law or these Terms through the Site

Article 7 (Obligations of Users)

1. Users shall not engage in the following acts:
   • Registering false information during application or modification
   • Misappropriating others' information
   • Unauthorized modification of information posted on the Site
   • Transmitting or posting information other than that designated by the Company (such as computer programs)
   • Infringement of intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
   • Acts that damage the reputation of or interfere with the business of the Company or third parties
   • Posting obscene or violent messages or other information contrary to public morals on the Site

Article 8 (Management of Posts)

1. The rights and responsibilities for the content of posts lie with the poster.
2. The Company may delete posts without prior notice if they fall under any of the following:
   • Content that defames or damages the reputation of other users or third parties
   • Content that violates public order and morals
   • Content deemed to be associated with criminal activities
   • Content that infringes copyrights of the Company or third parties
   • Content that violates other applicable laws

Article 9 (Attribution of Copyright)

1. Copyright of works posted on the Site belongs to the respective authors.
2. Posts made by users on the Site may be exposed in search results or service promotions and may be partially modified, reproduced, or edited to the extent necessary for such exposure.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company is exempt from liability for service provision in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters.
2. The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by the user's own fault.
3. The Company is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information, materials, or facts posted by users on the Site.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)

1. Lawsuits regarding disputes between the Company and users shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters.
2. The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to lawsuits filed between the Company and users.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms shall take effect from the date of posting on the Site.
